Shipping policy
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During sales and busy periods, processing may take a little longer. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping to the United States

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped.
3. International shipping
We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, with free standard shipping on orders of $100+. Standard and express options, costs and estimated delivery times for your country are shown at checkout (standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after shipping).
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also follow your package anytime on our Track My Order page. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Multiple packages
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each package.
6. Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
7. Lost, delayed or stolen packages
Carrier delays can occasionally happen. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us and we will help you with the carrier.
