Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Boobody website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale, as well as our Terms of Service.

1. Products

Our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Slight differences in color or measurements may occur. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include shipping costs, which are shown at checkout. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but the price charged is the one shown when you place your order. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted, and you will receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing or product error, suspected fraud, or if an item is no longer available. In that case, you will be fully refunded.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely, and your card details are never stored on our website.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Standard shipping to the United States is free on orders of $100 or more.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Conditions and steps are detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
